I totaly agree! That is why we still drive vintage MG's, and vintage Mercedes! And always will!
Absolutely agree. Books. Sterling flatware. Thrift store clothes. We can make do another year for everything else.
Agree. We keep 2 older manual transmission cars ( 2011and 2003 VWs) , well maintained, for the fun and because they have a lot of life left in them. It is getting harder to find a stick shift model these days.
I read somewhere recently that in the next year or two, VW will not be bringing any manual shift cars to the USA.
Why we have four boats. Nobody NEEDS a boat except commercial fishermen.
MG owners understand this.
I wish I still had my MG TD, my first car that I bought for $800.
