Where to eat (outside) and buy seafood on Martha's Vineyard?

A reader question:

Since SWNE attracts a discerning crowd, these are a couple of questions from a neighbor.   Do you have any recommendations about where to eat (outside) on Martha's Vineyard?   How about markets where she can buy (sea)food and take back to the cottage to heat up later?   Any other info (she hasn't been there in a few years) or suggestions will be passed along and greatly appreciated!

  1. In Edgartown you have Espresso Love for to-go breakfast and lunch with limited outdoor seating, Behind the Bookstore for outdoor lunch, The Atlantic, & L'Etoile for dinner. Also recommend Menemsha Fish Market / Larsen's for seafood -

  2. Katama Kitchen. Watch planes take off and land. Eat hearty!

  6. The Quarterdeck in Edgartown is a take-out place, but it's a short walk to the pier where there are picnic tables. There is a great view of the water and you can watch the Chappy Ferry go back and forth.
