    Once more, it is utterly necessary for me to enlighten your beloved devotees as to the acceptable names for Goldens. Should you become unconscious at some point in the puppy procurement process and bestow a name other than one of those listed below, please cease all communication with Muffy and any other True Prep. For that matter, should you purchase any puppy other than a Golder (or, perhaps, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever) please adhere to the instruction in the preceding sentence. (Labrador owners, I intend to give offense here for the simply reason that one can find Labradors in places named Tennessee and Arkansas which I am told are somewhere South of Greenwich). So, without further insult, the acceptable names are: Pooh; Pooh Bear; Bear; Honey; and Doug. As Biggie once rapped, 'If you don't know, now you know'.

      Sheltie lover here. Herding dogs are the best if you want a smart dog. Always loved border collies too.
