Fine article. Thank you for passing it along. Cuffs are fine by me, except when wearing boots, chukka or otherwise. The sans cuff sightline is less fussy and altogether smoother with a boot.
Over thirty years ago a worldly law school classmate of mine advised me to go to Press and ask for "One and Three Quarter Inches, No Break". I have never deviated from this advice, and he is still a loyal, true friend.
