  1. A truly beautiful condition MG TF. I come from a Triumph family myself & have recently inherited an end of the line Triumph Spitfire, but after 15 years sitting in a garage, it's in need of a full restoration and sadly won't likely be ready until next season. Hope to see more of these around in the meantime.

    2. Very true! I've only just returned to New England after 5 years in the UK, so I'm not quite up to speed (pun intended), but I've heard the Morgan 3 wheeler is now available in the US, and their Plus 4 and Plus 6 full sized roadsters should be arriving this year.

I hope some day they'll be able to move to electric motors. They had a great car show example of one a few years back, but sadly their battery source fell through. If they can get post-Brexit supply chain issues sorted, I think we'll see a peppy, hand-built electric Morgan very soon. Would gladly take that over most EVs which, for better or worse, look like iPhones on wheels.

My neighbour in London had a beautiful 2015 Morgan Plus 4. BMW motor matched to 1950s (1930s) British styling and balance really made it stand out. Not in a flashy way, but in a way that makes you do a double take as you notice the lines of it.

    3. There is a Morgan dealership in Morgantown, West Virginia. I guess they couldn't resist. According to their website, they only have a three-wheeler in stock. Not cheap, not too expensive, but what could you compare it to?

  4. A chat GPT composed poem about old men and old cars in posh new england towns

In posh New England towns, where the echoes reside, There's a tale of old men and their cherished old rides. With a touch of nostalgia, they wander the streets, Where cobblestone paths and heritage meet.

The autumn leaves whisper as they dance in the breeze, Like whispers of memories, alive in the trees. In dapper attire and hats of pure grace, The old men parade with such confident pace.

Their eyes, full of stories, have weathered the years, Reflecting the wisdom of dreams and of fears. And nestled beside them, a treasure, they boast, Their old cars of yesteryears, a nostalgic ghost.

Each car is a relic, a nostalgic embrace, Their polished chrome gleams with a timeless grace. With curves and contours, like the old men's own faces, They embody the elegance of bygone places.

In shades of deep maroon or classic midnight black, These cars hold the secrets that can never go back. The engines, once roaring, now purr with delight, As memories of youth take flight in the night.

Through coastal lanes, they gracefully cruise, Their cars and their spirits, forever enthused. The townsfolk observe with a sense of respect, For these old men and their cars, an eternal connect.

In quiet moments, with pipes held so dear, They reminisce tales of the past, crystal clear. Of days when the world was a different terrain, When the sky seemed much brighter, devoid of all strain.

As the sun sets on the horizon of gold, Their love for these classics will never grow old. For in those old cars, their spirits entwined, A symbol of freedom, transcending all time.

So, let's raise a toast to these old men of might, As they navigate life with passion and light. In posh New England towns, where memories thrum, Their old cars and old souls shall forever overcome.

    2. Agree with anon 1:40. We find it a little wordy. But you mention it can be tweaked. Still, it is “scary.”
