Spouse has never seen a moose in the wild. I drifted (in a canoe) past one on the Androscoggin over 30 years ago, the only time I have encountered one. Wading at the edge of a lake or river is a good place to find them.

ReplyDeleteMom and I saw a baby moose in our back yard while dad was at work. Never saw its mom and dad... Elmendorf AFB 1984.
