Are coastal communities taking any steps to prepare for climate challenges (rising sea levels, storms, droughts, protecting eco-systems, changing population)?

  1. Boston's had a plan since 2014 https://www.boston.gov/departments/environment/boston-climate-action
Our small town just north has implemented beach hardening, building code changes, and draining/floodgate projects.
    Action enough? Probably not.
