ReplyDeleteOne of my most favorite flowers. They used to abound here, I have one lonely plant that comes back year after year. If I could only get it to propagate I would plant them everywhere.

DeleteHollyhocks always remind me of my grandmother's garden in front of her home.
ReplyDeleteMy grandfather planted hollyhocks in his vegetable garden. Seeing them always make me think of him and of summer.
