You can get a coat in two sizes.
One that flatters.
And one you reach for on the coldest days.

Too true and I am constantly torn about which one to get.
I find much the same dilemma with gilets. Do I buy a small one to wear over a shirt and which makes me look like I have actual, real abs. Or do I get one a size or two larger that gets pulled from the closet when it is actually cold to be worn over a jacket or multiple layers of jumpers.
I do not have an answer - nor do I ever expect to, this being one of the fundamental questions of existence. :^) Well, my existence.
Such superb photos! Thank you so much.
ReplyDeleteThe older and colder I get, the more I size up for coats. I find I sometimes wear more than one sweater under my coats. Thin skin
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures, as always.

I have been sizing up over these past few years. Comfort means everything!
ReplyDeleteAs Dion Sanders once said, "both."
