I do miss living in Connecticut. I live in New York now (not the city, upstate) and the scenery is beautiful, but the homes and buildings just can't compare. I just applied for a position at Yale and if I manage to nail it down, I'm hoping to relocate to this region.
I'm usually in SE Asia for half the year. The beaches in most popular spots are polluted with plastics, needles, shards of glass, etc. and other debris left by irresponsible tourists and Full Moon Parties.
New England beaches are pristine in comparison. It's home to me - Salt Water New England.
I always love your house photos. I love this yellow house I keep seeing. (I'm wondering if it's yours.) It looks particularly lovely with the pink branches around it. Thank you!

ReplyDeleteMuffy, the Saab is so key.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful scenery! Love the little dog who appears to be holding the leash so he can walk himself.
