I miss F&M. We missed our annual trip to England and Scotland this year due to the pandemic, but my DH surprised me with a big F&M hamper of goodies as a consolation prize. He's a keeper.
^ I have found F&M's to be a very mild Earl Grey. Maybe that was because it was an older box and had lost some potency? But nothing like the strength of Harrod's Early Grey -- which I used to love but now find to be a tad much.
Throw in an English muffin with butter and lime marmalade, and I'm "in."
ReplyDeleteOr a cranberry scone and I'm in!

ReplyDeleteI love this!
DeleteIf you can find Earl Grey loose, I suggest you get it. Much better aroma and flavor with more bergamot oil.
ReplyDeletePlus Muffy can pour out!
DeleteHow does the F&M compare to other Earl Greys?

DeleteI prefer the F&M loose Queen Anne variety and was thrilled to receive a large tin of it for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful tin and tea! I love all sorts of teas, interestingly, Earl Grey was an acquired taste.
