The Golden is an English Cream. Our English Cream, Khaleesi, turned 1 today. Her brother from another mother, Drogo the Dogo turned 1 last week. English Creams tend to be quieter and much smaller. Khaleesi is 52 lbs at 12 months; Drogo, a 'regular' Golden is 93 lbs and growing (his father is from Russia, go figure). I know that SWNE has long ago certified Goldens as appropriate for the true Prep. I sincerely can't imagine any other breed sharing our home, and, most nights, our king sized bed.
Thank you for these charming autumn photos -- the peace of these photos adds a sense of tranquility to theses challenging times. I have a question for the community: During these uncharted times, how are you planning to add some normalcy to the upcoming holiday season?
It is a beautiful set of photographs of a lovely place at a still and poignant time of year.
