Likely depends on where one lives: more temperate coastal climes could likely keep these out year round while in cooler areas these will be stored until next spring. (By the way, that is a lovely collection of belts!). Personally, such things are often best enjoyed when they are in step with the seasons, and as the rhythm of nature shifts, I find it very satisfying to adapt accordingly.
All but the first one (from the top). I think it would show in midwinter that you were Intentionally making a statement and not just a sloppy dresser or airhead.
