  1. Great windsurfing action! Love the station wagons too-perfect for the lifestyle. I own a 20 year old Subaru with my initials in signal flags on the door. Still going strong!

  2. I'm with you there! I still have my 21-year-old Subaru even though I just bought a new one before the lockdown. You can't kill 'em! :-) Good photos, Muffy! Looks cold!

  5. In Britain, the wind surfers would have been arrested and fined by the police, aka the Coronavirus Gestapo. Sitting on park benches, sunbathing in public (even if social distancing) and family picnics are all banned and punishable by fines by Bullingdon Boris's bullies.

    1. There are other ways to view this situation though : people won't behave and unfortunately we end up with blanket-bans that are on first thought quite extreme . The Police aren't trained for this though and some are ( even high ranks too ) out of control . Youtube has had some most interesting footage of incidents were authorities have been overstepping the line to a farcical level . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcFWUABx2Yk

    2. Probably not the best idea to compare the British Police to the Gestapo - it's a disservice to the men and women on the frontline, trying to maintain public order in a time of crisis and an insult to the memory of all those who suffered at the hands of the Gestapo under the orders of a totalitarian state.

  6. Terrific images. Alas not near the water but Spring has been pretty near perfect this year. Perhaps the jet stream, ocean currents, or reduction of car exhaust has played a part? Grateful whatever the reason.
