  2. I’m a “no sugar or fruit” kinda guy when it comes to cereal with milk and have always been that way but I’ve eaten a lot of sweet cereal snacks, as a kid and when our kids were young. Sugar Corn Pops were a favorite because of taste and there was never any crumbs but on sultry summery days, they could be a bit sticky.

  6. I have the same ole Swiss Muesli with kefir (instead of yogurt) and fresh fruit every morning.

  7. There are 5 or more boxes of cereal in my cupboard at any given time. I love a big bowl of cereal every morning.

  8. We are creatures of habit as well and look forward to breakfast every morning. Cereal, yogurt, toast and pot of English breakfast tea. Twice a week the cereal is hot and my husband makes a mean oatmeal! PA

  9. At home, it's raisin bran, shredded wheat miniatures, cheerios, wheaties. But on vacation or travel (thus not now) the first bowl is always Froot Loops (if the hotel has it)

  10. I would have a cup of mixed blueberries and strawberries on those. With the milk, a great, American, red white and blue breakfast. No additional sugar needed.
