Apparently, when you bribe your organic farmer friend with a pink York River Traders belt, you can get your just-picked produce before it goes that half mile to the farmers’ market.

    2. My first job after high school was working on a tobacco farm near Amherst, Mass. One did get a little dirty. There really is tar in tobacco.
