Looking for Shorebirds in the Wayfarer Jacket from Cordings of Piccadilly - Made in England

Photos by Salt Water New England
The weather was ideal today, bright and sunny, for wearing the outstanding Cordings of Piccadilly Wayfarer Jacket but with a cool and steady wind off the water.   The shorebirds have returned and their activity was brisk.

  1. I like the reflection of the clouds on your sunglasses. The jacket looks good and useful.

  2. Nice photos, especially the birds, Looks like a really great place to hang out in :-) I use either a Barbour Bedale or a Fjällräven Greenland Jacket for my birding trips.

    1. Nice old Nikon binox, though. Can't quite make out the specs, however.

  5. Speaking of Cordings, at the end of the season I purchased their men's paddock jacket. Fantastic.

  6. Shore birds like the Red Knots are rapidly declining. Audubon has a new documentary on the Red Knots https://www.audubon.org/news/watch-birds-may-new-documentary-about-red-knots They are amazing birds that migrate 9,000 miles. I believe that PBS Nature also produced a documentary about them last year that was excellent.
