Squash Blossoms

  1. Dip male squash blossoms in beaten egg whites, then dust with parmesan, fry quickly in olive oil.

    1. Of course anything dipped in egg whites, dusted with Parmesan, and fried in oil would taste delicious.

  3. I love them. Remove the centre thingy the pistel? Dip in s light tempura style batter, fry in Canola oil. Season wth salt and pepper immediately after frying. EAT.
