Funny, I find some scents are just....no, but I love, love, love my scented Caldrea products, my handmade (not by me!) soaps and my Jo Malone colognes. Also, my handmade (not by me!) scented candles.
I'm just learning about the toxicity of artificial scents. People who suffer from migraines should take inventory of what they're breathing in. I'm quite enjoying diffusing purifying essential oils these days. I haven't progressed to the point of trying to make my own products with the oils, but I hear so many benefits of "going natural".
We use these products. I tried to move away from the Tom's deodorant (if you use it you know why), but found that other products stained my shirts. So I went right back to Tom's. I do like Royall Bay Rum, but just a touch behind the ears.
I actually like scented candles, but not all scents are pleasant. Herby or citrusy ones can be nice. However, I don't want my dishes to smell like flowers or something. Seventh Generation to the rescue.
I smell everything. I have to use unscented or fragrance free in everything. My parents had to change bath soap, because I could smell it as soon as I opened the door. On the other hand, I do use Ajax lime scented dish soap...I like the smell and it is not strong.

Unscented for everything for me. I get an instant headache from manufactured scents. But that's just me, to each his own.
ReplyDeleteNatural lavender
ReplyDeleteUnscented here too. Love the Arm & Hammer 'Free.'

ReplyDeleteUnscented for me also. But I still love the Original Ralph Lauren aftershave. It came out in the early 1980s

ReplyDeleteHave you tried a Thai Crystal? No smell, and works well.
DeleteI'll give it a try. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteColgate bought and ruinedTom's..". The design changes were the first clue for me...
ReplyDeleteI tried the Tom's Deodorant and had a terrible allergic reaction! I now use the Almay Sensitive Skin product.
ReplyDeleteWish this Unscented post could be updated, it would be very appreciated if possible.
