As I picked my way carefully around puddles, I thought there had to be a better way. BUT not till years later did I get my first pair and then I realized the invincibility that wellies offer. I'm becoming an addict (or already am?) and have a pair of bogs stashed in my trunk for emergencies - while I've enjoyed the quality, they make my feet look incredibly wide which I can't stand. They are also shiny which I find I'm not a fan of either. Next pair were from Hunter, the tall packable green pair in anticipation of a trip to Scotland, paired with a now-discontinued jacket from Filson. Again, invincibility. For that trip my husband purchased a pair of Chameaus from Filson and he loved them. Sooooo I purchased the Giverny in Cherry. They are amazing. We're incredibly happy we found that brand and they've served themselves well for farmwork, gardening, mail runs, etc. Would recommend. My Hunters and Chameaus are both matte. - hrploAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8714922182513339530.post-24371932861813001082018-02-04T19:16:46.425-05:002018-02-04T19:16:46.425-05:00I'm a sucker for leather lined Le Chameau .
