Sharing the Bay

  1. This triggers many memories! We were always on the bigger vessel and seeing this brings back the thrill and the excitement. Gone are the days of the great ocean liners. I'm going to have to print this and put it in a frame on my desk. Thanks for the memories.

  2. In San Francisco Bay this is a common sight, except they are container ships and not anything as glamorous as one of the lux lines. One of the first things anyone sailing the Bay will learn is that size matters ;)

  3. I have that exact Marshall 22 and obviously not being as experienced as those sailors, if there was an ocean liner that close to me, my anxiety level would be pretty unmanageable!

  4. Amazing boats! Love the Marshall 22. Nothing quite so "New England" as the fiberglass cats built since the late 60's.
