Grocery Shopping - Mostly Good

  1. Bought a few groceries here too. Bananas, an avocado, some lettuce, some tortillas.....wished I'd bought some Pepperidge Farm's Tahiti cookies. ( So tasty)

  2. I love this post, looks like a job well done. I've also seen Tate's cookies in my local store and always resist the urge to try them, because I always buy Double Dark Chocolate Milanos. I'm putting them on my list for next time :)

  3. Looks like a trip to Stop & Shop...if it's the Madison store then you should probably make sure your tetanus shot is up to date. It's the filthiest, most poorly managed store I have even been in. Numerous complaints their Dutch parent company have gone unanswered. I even had to file a complaint to the state about mismarked weights on their meat. The prove the old adage, when you're the only girl in town you get a lot of dates.

  4. I spy Tate's! Have you tried their Ginger cookies? Bits of real ginger - proper with a cup of Barry's Tea.

  5. Organic...organic...organic! Yes! Woo hoo! People have asked frequently about the higher prices I pay for organic foods. I always explain that I would rather pay more for organic, and save money on doctor's bills. In this, I am a believer.

  6. Thanks for introducing me to the Tahitis! They're wonderful with tea or coffee.

  7. Just polished off the better part of a bag of Brussels, since they were out of Milanos and Tahitis at the store. We do what we must.
